Eligibility Criteria
Only eligible serving regular/ permanent railway employees of South Eastern Railway working in all departments/ branches of Hd. Qrs./ Divisions/ Workshops/ Units in grade pay/ levels lower than grade pay/ levels of the notified posts and all eligible employees working in same levels of posts for which GDCEs are being conducted are eligible to appear in selection for GDCE.
